Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has been kept in judicial custody in the Mumbai cruise drugs case and every day small and big news related to him is coming out. Aryan Khan had approached the Bombay High Court after the bail plea was rejected in the sessions court and the matter was heard on 26 October. However, even yesterday, Aryan could not get bail. His bail application will be heard today. These days only Shahrukh’s son is discussed everywhere.
The courtroom door was broken by the crowd
Meanwhile, such a picture came out from the court which has blown everyone’s senses. Actually, in one picture the door of the courtroom is seen broken. It is being told that during the hearing of Aryan Khan’s bail petition, such a huge crowd gathered inside and outside that the courtroom was filled with people. Due to this, the door of the court itself was broken. The hearing of the case was being conducted by NW Sambre and he also left the room for some time for the police to remove the people from the room.
These courtrooms are on the first floor in the High Court building where Aryan’s bail plea was being heard. An army of lawyers and media reporters had gathered in this room. Aryan Khan’s case number was 57. At the same time, a huge crowd had gathered in the courtroom for the hearing of this petition, after which the judge asked the staff to send those lawyers.
Exclude those whose cases are not too serious.
The judge did not say that due to this crowd, even the rules of Corona are not being followed. After this many lawyers and media reporters have been thrown out. A huge crowd of people had gathered in the court at four in the evening and it seemed that Aryan’s lawyer Mukul Rahatogi found it difficult to present his arguments due to the noise several times. After this, the door of the courtroom also broke which has been fixed for today’s hearing.
Aryan Khan is in jail for 18 days. In this case, Aryan has been lodged in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai since October 8. He is accused of possessing and using drugs under the NDPS Act. Aryan Khan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi’s arguments were completed yesterday. In his arguments, Mukul Rohatgi made it clear that he has no complaint against anyone from the NCB or the prosecution. “We are standing here and I think it is a suitable case for bail,” he said. Mukul Rohatgi also said that I am not concerned with the absurd controversy.
During the hearing before a bench of Justice NW Sambre, Aryan’s counsel Mukul Rohatgi and Satish Manshinde argued that Aryan’s arrest was wrong. He has nothing to do with this so-called conspiracy. NCB has no evidence that Aryan takes drugs. Now the verdict is expected in the hearing to be held on Wednesday. If no decision comes in this case till Friday, then Aryan will have to celebrate this Diwali in jail.
