An official said that Mishra was living alone in a rented flat in Inlex Municipal Society for the last four years. He said that Mishra’s neighbors informed the police about foul smell emanating from the flat on Thursday morning. He told that the mutilated body of Mishra was found in the toilet. The body was sent to Cooper Hospital for postmortem and Mishra’s brother Sandeep Mishra, who lives in Bhopal, has been informed.
